Terms of Service
By purchasing or using services provided by 5Unlock, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
1. Service Description
5Unlock provides a digital file decryption service for FiveM resources encrypted with the .fxap format. After payment verification, we decrypt the provided resource and return a usable version of the file that can run without requiring a Tebex purchase verification. All services are handled through the official 5Unlock ticket system.
2. Order Process
Customers must first purchase the service through the official 5Unlock store. After completing the purchase, the customer must open a ticket and provide their transaction ID along with the file they want decrypted. The transaction will be verified before any work begins. Once verified, the decrypted file will be delivered through the ticket system.
3. Delivery Time
5Unlock guarantees delivery of completed decryptions within 24 hours after payment has been verified and the required files have been provided. Delivery times may vary depending on workload, but all orders will be completed within the stated timeframe.
4. Payments
All payment methods are displayed on the store during checkout. Customers must send the exact payment amount shown on the checkout page. Underpayments, overpayments, or altered payment amounts may result in the order not being processed.
Accepted payment methods currently include Stripe, Bitcoin, and Litecoin.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. 5Unlock does not offer refunds under any circumstances once a payment has been sent. This includes accidental payments, incorrect purchases, or changes of mind.
6. File Storage
5Unlock may store decrypted files and submitted resources after delivery. Stored files may be used internally to fulfill future requests or provide previously decrypted resources to other customers. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that submitted files may be retained by 5Unlock.
7. Ownership and Permission
5Unlock does not verify asset ownership or permissions. Customers are not required to prove ownership of a resource before requesting a decryption. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure they understand and accept the implications of requesting a decryption.
8. Client Responsibility
5Unlock is not responsible for how decrypted files are used after delivery. The customer assumes full responsibility for the use, distribution, or modification of any files received through the service.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Any chargeback, dispute, or attempt to reverse a payment through a payment processor will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from all 5Unlock services. Blacklisted users will not be eligible to purchase or use any future services.
10. Refusal of Service
5Unlock reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason at any time.
11. Resale Rights
5Unlock reserves the right to resell, redistribute, or reuse any files that have been processed, decrypted, modified, or fixed through its services. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that any submitted or processed resources may be made available to other customers or used for commercial purposes by 5Unlock.
12. Changes to Terms
5Unlock reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
