Refund Policy
By purchasing any service from 5Unlock, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. No Refunds
All payments made to 5Unlock are final. Once a transaction has been completed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or canceled under any circumstances.
2. Service Commitment
Upon successful payment, the purchased service is considered confirmed. 5Unlock will proceed with fulfilling the order, and no refunds, reimbursements, or compensation will be provided after payment.
3. Failed Services
If a submitted file cannot be processed or completed, 5Unlock may offer an alternative solution of equal value, such as processing a different file. Monetary refunds will not be issued.
4. Incorrect Purchases
If a customer selects the wrong service, the case may be reviewed. If applicable, any price difference may be credited as store balance. Refunds will not be provided.
5. Incorrect File Submission
Customers may replace a submitted file only if the service has not yet been completed. Once the service has been fulfilled and delivered, no changes or replacements will be accepted.
6. Overpayments
If a payment exceeding the listed price is made, the excess amount may be credited as store balance. Direct refunds will not be issued.
7. Duplicate Orders
Accidental duplicate purchases may be converted into store balance at the discretion of 5Unlock. Refunds will not be provided.
8. Store Balance
Any store balance issued is non-withdrawable and can only be used for future purchases within 5Unlock.
9. Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through a payment provider may result in permanent suspension or blacklist from all 5Unlock services.
10. EU Digital Content Waiver
For customers within the European Union, services provided by 5Unlock are classified as digital content that may begin processing immediately after purchase. By completing a purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate service execution and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive once the service has started or been delivered.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from 5Unlock, you confirm that you understand and accept that all payments are final and non-refundable.
