This includes email addresses provided during purchase, Discord usernames and Discord user IDs used within our support server, cryptocurrency wallet addresses used for payments, and transaction IDs associated with purchases. This information is used solely for the purpose of verifying purchases, providing customer support, and delivering services.
2. Files and Uploaded Content
Customers may provide encrypted resources when requesting a decryption. 5Unlock stores the decrypted version of files after they have been processed. Decrypted files may be retained and may be reused in the future to fulfill requests for other customers. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that decrypted resources may be stored and reused by 5Unlock.
3. Payment Information
5Unlock does not support PayPal payments. Payments are processed through cryptocurrency or other methods displayed at checkout. 5Unlock does not store sensitive payment details. Only transaction IDs associated with a purchase are stored for verification purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
5Unlock operates through a website storefront and an official Discord server. Purchases and customer data may be processed through our storefront provider, SellAuth. Discord is used for support tickets and communication related to orders. These platforms may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies.
5. Data Handling and Storage
5Unlock does not directly manage or control the storage infrastructure used for order processing or account data. Information submitted during purchases or through the storefront is handled by the platform providing the storefront services. As such, certain data may be stored and managed by third-party providers.
6. Data Removal Requests
Requests for data removal must be handled through the storefront provider. If a user wishes to request deletion of their stored data, they must contact SellAuth directly or follow the procedures provided by the storefront platform.
7. Use of Information
Information collected during purchases or support interactions is used strictly for verifying transactions, fulfilling decryption services, providing support through the Discord ticket system, and maintaining service operations.
8. Security
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain service integrity, 5Unlock cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through third-party platforms such as Discord or the storefront provider.

5Unlock reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
